A Zombified Piglin is a neutral mob that can spawn frequently in the nether and drops gold nuggets, gold swords and rotten flesh. This mob was called a Zombie Pigman up until 1.16, otherwise known as the nether update. When hit by a Zombified Piglin, You receive 14 points ( or 7 hearts) worth of damage. Achievements to do with a Zombified Piglin include: Monster Hunter, Monsters Hunted, and Adventuring Time.
